Boy admits to killing girl during rape bid

KATTAPPANA: The 13 year boy who was taken into custody for the murder of a four year old girl at Sasthananda near Kumily, admitted to his crime before the police on Monday.
According to Kumily circleinspector Anil Sreevastava, the death of the victim occurred during the rape attempt by the boy. The boy said he took the girl to the nearby bushes to rape her. He also said that he was trying to simulate what he saw on a pornographic video. After the death of the victim, he burnt her face using a lighter.
