Aggrieved, the college moved the High Court with a writ petition, which was dismissed by a single judge on August 21 last. Hence, the present appeal. Naidu’s counsel G Sankaran argued that there was no justification for the refusal, as the college had complied with all the requirements as stipulated in the MCI norms.
