BANGALORE: AB Mauri, a yeast and bakery ingredients company will organise Bake with Mauri 2011 Carnival on November 28 at the executive development center, Institute of Hotel Management, Seshadri Road.The bakers day out will feature demonstrations of new exciting products and concepts and cake decoration competition. The best home baker will be chosen from many categories based on taste, presentation and use of technique.
