Jebarani (22), was supposed to write her BBA exam on May 28. “It got rescheduled to June 8,” wailed her friend Raj. “If it was held on that day, this would not have happened to her,” Raj went on.A front office worker in the Taj Coromandel who was about to become a staff member there, Jebarani had opted to work in the hospitality industry after completing her Air Hostess Training. She was also doing her BBA through distance education. She was on her way to write the final exam at Udumalpet, when fate intervened. “She was late for the bus by five minutes, but still caught it. I thought it was fate, till now,” said David one of her relatives. A large number of her co-workers at the Taj were in a state of shock to see the remains of “the cheerful and pretty girl” at the GH.
