Why 'Dabangg' is spelt with a double 'g'

If you are wondering about the spelling of the next Salman Khan-starrer, producer Arbaaz Khan explains why Dabangg has been spelt with a double ‘g’.

Says Arbaaz, “Dabangg means fearless. We had earlier spelt it with a single ‘g’ but many people thought it would read as ‘Da-Bang’. There may be an astrological reason, but the actual reason is to cause a resonance and stress on ‘g’ so that the word is pronounced correctly.”
