For the first time, an actor from the Bhojpuri industry has made his presence felt at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.
Pradeep Pandey ‘Chintu’, known for his roles in Bhojpuri films like Deewana, Dulaara and Mohabbat expressed his pride on Instagram as he shared this significant moment with his fans.
While sharing the picture of himself on Instagram, the actor wrote “AGNISAKSHI Poster Launch in France at Cannes Film Festival. Reportedly, the film Agni Sakshi starring Pradeep Pandey and Akshara Singh in the lead roles is all set to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival 2024.
Pradeep Pandey is a popular actor in the Bhojpuri film world. He entered the industry at the age of 30 and started his journey as a leading actor with the 2009 film Deewana, for which he won the Juri Mention Award. In the Bhojpuri film industry, he is also known by the name Chintu. He then went on to appear on screen in such notable productions as Vivah, Truck Driver 2, Rangeela and Dulhan Chahi Pakistan Se, among others.
