Karisma Kapoor And Shraddha Kapoor Recreate Dil To Pagal Hai's Le Gayi At India's Best Dancer 4

India’s Best Dancer 4 is all set to treat its audience to a nostalgic trip. In the upcoming episode, Karisma Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor will take the stage together to recreate the iconic dance number Le Gayi from the 1997 blockbuster Dil To Pagal Hai. The performance, which will feature both actresses grooving to the classic tune, promises to be a delightful treat for fans. The episode will be extra special as Karisma will also recall her first encounter with a young Shraddha during a film shoot with her father, Shakti Kapoor.

In the promo shared by makers on Sony TV’s Instagram, Karisma says, “I have to tell everyone about my darling Shraddha. Maine usko is umar se dekha hai. I remember in Ooty she was wearing a pink frock with a pink little bow. She was staring at me like this. Shock mein aise dekh rahi thi. But woh jis shock se vo shot dekh rahi thi I told Shakti ji ki aapki beti bohat badi heroine banegi. (She was looking in shock. But the way she was staring at the shot, I told her father that your daughter is going to become a big heroine).”

Reacting to this, Shraddha humourously says, “Main shot ko nahi, aapko dekh rahi thi (I was not looking at the shot. I was looking at you).” After their conversation, Judge Geeta Kapur requests Karisma and Shraddha to perform together. She says, “Karisma ma’am, meri request hai aapse. I would love Shraddha and you to perform.”

The duo then set the stage on fire with their performance on Le Gayi. Shraddha perfectly matched Karisma’s steps, who looked stunning in a chic monochrome outfit. Meanwhile, Shraddha embraced her signature look for Stree 2, donning a saree. She styled it with a bindi and long flowing hair.

Following their performance, Shradha expressed, “Woh bolte hain na jis cheez ko shiddhat se, dil se chaho vo poori ho jaati hai. Main bachchpan mein mirror ke saamne inke gaanon par itna dance kiya hai. aur aaj mujhe wo mauka mila and and I don’t think mein film ki release ke baare mein bhi itna nervous hoon. (They say that when you desire something with all your heart, it comes true. I used to dance so much on her songs in front of the mirror and today I got that chance. I am not even nervous about my film’s release as I was while dancing with her).”

Shraddha Kapoor will be promoting her upcoming film Stree 2 along with Rajkummar Rao on the show. The film is slated to release in theatres on August 15.
