Khushi Kapoor Is The Most Excited Sister As Janhvi’s New Track From Devara Gets Released

The third song from Janhvi Kapoor and Jr NTR’s Devara was released on Wednesday. The dance number, titled Daavudi, features the lead duo dancing their heart out to the electrifying beats of the song. Not just us, Janhvi’s sister Khushi Kapoor also can’t keep calm watching her on screen, performing with infectious energy. Seemingly proud, Khushi wasted no time to appreciate Janhvi and dropped a post on Instagram stories on Thursday.

In her post, Khushi Kapoor included a clip from the newly released track, originally posted by Janhvi Kapoor. Along with the same, she wrote, “My SISTEEEERRR,” followed by star emojis.

Khushi Kapoor has always been vocal about her affection for Janhvi Kapoor. Earlier, while speaking with Lifestyle Asia India, Khushi highlighted the parental role Janhvi plays in their relationship, saying, “I feel she is a kind of parent to me. She just talks me through everything, tells me I am doing good.”

Janhvi Kapoor, too, frequently expresses her love for Khushi Kapoor and does not shy away from apologising in public after their cute fights. Earlier, when Khushi Kapoor shared a bunch of mirror selfies wearing a grey high-neck sweatshirt, her sister dropped a comment on the picture and apologised to her, writing, “I miss you I’m sorry I fought with you I love you. She added, “You’re the best ever my laddoooooooo.” Khushi responded to her comment saying, “miss u love u I’m sorry hehehehe.”

Coming back to Janhvi Kapoor’s new track, it is written by Varadaraj Chikkaballapura. Further, Nakash Aziz and Akasa came on board to croon the dance number. Additionally, its music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The actress shared the song on Instagram and wrote, “Here’s the Daavudi Video Song to keep you on track for the Blast on the Big Screens.”

Meanwhile, Devara also stars Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in key roles. Jointly produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts and directed by Koratala Siva, the action drama is scheduled to hit theatres on September 27, 2024.

After having debuted with The Archies, Khushi Kapoor is now shooting for her upcoming romantic comedy movie titled Naadaniyaan. In the film, she will be seen sharing screen space with Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan. Helmed by debutant director Shauna Gautam, The Archies is produced by Karan Johar.
