Venturing into the film industry, Sangeetha made her debut with the 2018 movie A+, subsequently featuring in films such as Salagara Sahakara Sangha, 777 Charlie, Lucky Man and Pampa Panchalli Parashivamurthy, among others. In the 2022 release of Lucky Man, she shared the screen with Puneeth Rajkumar, Darling Krishna, Roshni Prakash, and Nagabhushana, under the direction of Nagendra Prasad.
