After years of dating, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have finally tied the knot! They said “I do” in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. The first wedding photos went viral instantly, revealing their glamorous, traditional looks. Sonakshi dazzled in an off-white sari with minimal jewellery and white roses in her hair bun, while Zaheer looked dashing in a white kurta. They had a civil marriage.
Rumour were abuzz that Shatrughan Sinha wasn’t thrilled about Sonakshi marrying Zaheer Iqbal, but he quickly set the record straight a day before the wedding: all was well in the Sinha household. Initially surprised by the wedding news, he soon dismissed any reports of being upset with his daughter for keeping him out of the loop. Sonakshi shut down the trolls in style, clutching her dad’s arm as Zaheer signed the marriage certificate. Shatrughan Sinha looked over the moon and couldn’t stop smiling.

Zaheer and Sonakshi first met at a bash hosted by none other than Bollywood’s bhaijaan, Salman Khan. From buds to lovebirds, their relationship bloomed into something truly magical. Making their grand entrance as a couple at Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan’s Eid bash in 2023 had heads turning. Sonakshi celebrated her boyfriend Zaheer’s birthday in December 2023 by sharing a sweet video. The clip captured some precious moments between the couple and with this, Sonakshi made the official with Zaheer.
