Sai Pallavi was born in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She completed her school education at Avila Convent School. Since the beginning, she has always wanted to become a doctor. In 2016, she completed her medical studies at the Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia, which is recognised by the Medical Council of India. However, she didn’t register herself to be a practising healthcare professional in India.

Apart from that, she had developed a keen interest in dancing as well. She was professionally trained in dancing and even participated in the dance reality show Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva on Vijay TV. She was also the finalist in the Dhee Ultimate Dance Show (D4) on ETV.

After coming back from Georgia, she got the opportunity to star in the Malayalam film Premam. The film was directed by Alphonse Puthren, and it turned out to be a super hit.
