Fans were in a big shock on Wednesday when a Facebook account named after Lokesh Kanagaraj began posting some explicit videos. The fans wondered if the Leo director’s Facebook page was hacked. However, Lokesh issued a clarification on his official X account that he doesn’t use Facebook.
Lokesh shared that he only has Instagram and X accounts. He also urged his fans to ignore any other accounts under his name on all social media platforms. He wrote, “Hey all, I’m only available on Twitter and Instagram, I do not have or use any other social media accounts. Please feel free to ignore and unfollow any other hoax accounts!”

Lokesh is known for directing some mega-successful films like Leo in 2023 starring Vijay and Trisha Krishnan, Vikram in 2022 starring Kamal Haasan and Vijay Sethupathi, and the Kainthi franchise starring Karthi. He has also worked with Bollywood star Ajay Devgn for the 2023 film Bholaa.
The director is now all set to collaborate with Rajinikanth for his next, tentatively titled Thalaivar 171. The film will go on floors once Rajinikanth wraps up his film with TJ Gnanavel. While fans cannot wait to see Thalaiva portrayed through the lens of Lokesh Kanagaraj, they are also excited for the film to feature Anirudh Ravichander’s musical prowess.
Anirudh last scored for Shah Rukh Khan’s much-anticipated film Jawan, directed by ace filmmaker Atlee. The film also featured stellar performances by Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone among others.
