Salaar is poised to mark a significant comeback for Prabhas, especially following his recent film, Adipurush.

Prabhas’s next film titled Salaar has been in the news ever since it was announced. The action thriller has been keeping fans very excited as they are eagerly waiting for its release. Well, recently a report came that its release has been postponed and will now be hitting theatres next year. This news surely disappointed Prabhas’s fans. But today the makers announced that the much-awaited trailer is all set to release on December 1.

Salaar’s new poster features Prabhas standing in a car and holding a gun. He has aimed at someone and is busy firing.. A report on Sacnilk.com states that the Prabhas still on track to release in cinemas on December 22 and enjoy an extended Christmas weekend at the box office. The report also claims that the makers will drop the film’s first trailer by the end of November or early December. It is worth mentioning here that last month film trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan wrote on his social media handle, “Buzz: #SalaarVsDunki X #ShahRukhKhan’s #Dunki likely to get POSTPONED. #Prabhas’ #Salaar to get a SOLO record release.”

Salaar is poised to mark a significant comeback for Prabhas, especially following his recent film, Adipurush, which did not perform as expected. The film is planned to be released in two parts, with the first part titled Salaar: Ceasefire.

Aside from Prabhas, the movie boasts a star-studded cast, including actress Shruti Haasan, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles. Salaar will be a multilingual release, hitting screens in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film is expected to transport viewers back to the 1980s and delve into a gripping narrative set against the backdrop of the limestone mafia.
