Winning the lottery and becoming rich is a dream come true for many people but for most of them, it remains a dream. A 63-year-old man’s dream came true after he won a lottery. However, he couldn’t believe that it took place in reality. A man named Raymond Young won over Rs 5 crore in a lottery. He went back to sleep thinking that he was dreaming. On the very next day, he realised that he won the lottery in real. Knowing that he was filled with happiness.
According to a report by Mirron, Raymond Young, a resident of the United Kingdom, worked at a Petrol pump. After his retirement, he used to try his luck in a lottery named Thunderball Jackpot. He said, “I have been playing the lottery for many years but I never believed that I could win it and get the prize money.”
When asked about his winning moment he said “I woke up in the middle of the night and randomly decided to check the result. When I checked I saw I won the top prize. That time I was half asleep and I thought it was a dream. So, I decided to check the results another time in the morning when I was fully awake. When I saw that I was the winner, in reality, I couldn’t believe my eyes.”
Talking about his plans about where to invest the massive amount he said that he was planning for a car and as he has now won the top prize it will be easier for him to buy it. Raymond said “I was planning to buy a car for long. Now after I won the lottery it will be easier for me to buy it. I have also bought a static caravan, something that I wanted to buy for a long time but was never able to afford it. I have also chosen a beautiful spot for the caravan on the coast to enjoy quality time with my family and friends.”
