Could Alia Bhatt join Dinesh Vijan’s horror universe? Well, the actress has sparked the speculation with her recent outing. On Wednesday afternoon, the Bollywood actress was seen making her way to Maddock’s office on Wednesday. The actress, who is recovering from the failure of Jigra, was seen sporting a smile as she walked into producer Dinesh Vijan’s office.
For her visit, Alia opted for a white floral dress. As she stepped out of the car, she waved at the cameras. She gave them a quick glimpse before she headed for her meeting. Check out the video below:

If Alia has gone in to talk about the horror-comedy universe, she will be the third leading lady in the universe. Previously, Shraddha Kapoor cemented her place in the universe. This was followed by Kriti Sanon, with Bedhiya. The film also opened doors for Varun Dhawan. The universe is currently exploring Bhediya 2 and a vampire film reportedly featuring Ayushmann Khurrana. We will have to see what Alia has up her sleeve!
Meanwhile, Alia’s Jigra has made a lot of noise lately. The film, which struggled to surpass the Rs 25 Cr mark last week, has been the talk of the town since its release. The film opened to mixed reviews and not so great box office collection.
Jigra director Vasan Bala opened up about the film’s failure. Speaking with Fever FM, he said, “It is my responsibility to deliver box office because we are in the business of filmmaking also. So this is why I need to analyze. Kuch toh hua hai na (Something has happened, right)? Something has happened where people have stayed away, something that they have not bought, something that they didn’t feel the need to come to the theater. If at all any other actor decides to give their time, his or her, then you know, make it worth it.”
